How to Order a Custom Mattress

Looking for a replacement Caravan or Motorhome mattress but aren’t sure how ordering a bespoke mattress works? Our easy ordering system makes the whole process hassle free from start to finish so you can rest assured that you’ll receive a comfortable new mattress that fits perfectly!

Step 1: Choose your Mattress
All of our mattresses have been specifically designed to offer optimum support and comfort while on the road. Not sure which mattress is right for you? Get in touch to speak to one of our expert advisors, or visit our showroom to test them out.

Step 2: Select the Shape & Size
Choose the option which most closely resembles your mattress shape. Don’t worry if it isn’t exact, we’ll get to the finer details later!

Step 3: Choose Your Options
Customise your mattress specifications by choosing the depth, splits and fabric that you want. Not sure which options to pick? Our expert advisors are always on hand to offer advice.

Step 4: A Bespoke Fit
We have several methods available to ensure your new mattress is made to the exact size and shape required so that you can be sure it will be a perfect fit:  
Choose from:
Send us your Dimensions
Got a tape measure handy? Simply input your dimensions at the checkout, or upload a diagram of the size. Ideal for straight forward shapes such as rectangles, or cut off corners.
Send us a Template
Order a Free Template Kit which includes everything you need to make a quick and accurate template. Ideal for beds with curves, such as island beds.
Send us your Old Mattress
If you prefer, you can simply send us your existing mattress to use as a template. We’ll arrange for our couriers to collect on a convenient date, and send you all the necessary packaging.
Book an appointment for us to Measure (within 25 miles of our showroom)
Local or visiting the Norfolk Broads? Arrange an appointment for one of our team to visit your van to measure up why not visit our showroom to try before you buy, and we’ll measure up whilst you’re here. We have ample parking for all sizes of van.

Custom mattresses usually take around 2 – 3 weeks for our team to produce, and once completed we will be in touch to confirm the delivery details with you.
